Our model empowers volunteers to use their skills and abilities to help our mentors make the greatest impact on the lives of kids in our community.  This strategy keeps our program connected to our partner churches and community to most effectively deliver services. It also assists us in creating greater sustainability as we can keep the number of staff and resulting budget low.

If you are passionate about bringing hope and help to kids in need, then we have a role for you!

Here are a few of the key positions

Church Champions

Promote our activities and needs, recruiting mentors and other volunteers, and help us keep clear lines of communication with your church and its’ leadership.

Mentor & Mentee Screeners

Help process kids and adults entering our program by reviewing the intake documents, conducting interviews, and assisting in making appropriate matches.

Match Support Coaches

Check in regularly with mentors, mentees, and parent/guardians to ensure healthy growth in their match, answer questions, and encourage participants.

Office Assistants

Help in our day-to-day operations with filing, organization, phone calls and other tasks that allow the program to run smoothly.

In addition, we are meeting with individuals interested in joining our Board of Directors and Trainer/Promoter Team.

All volunteers will need to complete an application. Fill out and submit
